Plan Commission - Regular Meeting

I see a thumbs up and I'm looking online at the video and I don't see it coming through, but still says waiting for city of Auburn municipal government, but I refreshed, but you said we're good? Okay. Okay, okay. I'll go ahead and call to order the August 11th meeting of the Plant Commission. Can we go ahead and please have a roll call? Thank you. I can confirm we do have a quorum. You should have all had access to the minutes from the July 14th Plant Commission meeting. Are there any questions, comments, or concerns about the minutes? Seeing none, I'll take a motion. Second. We have a motion and a second. Any further discussion? All in favor signify by saying aye. Aye. Opposed? Motion carried. Do we have any reason to modify the agenda today? Underneath old business, we don't have any items. Underneath new business, we do. We have one item. So I'll go ahead and open the public hearing on the Unified Development Ordinance public hearing. This is in coordinates with Indiana Code 36-7-4.3. I'll go ahead and turn it over to staff to go through their report.
