Okay, we're going to call this meeting of the Atascadero City Council to order. Can I get a roll call, please?

Council Member Peek. Will Council Member Peek report to the Council Chamber? I wanted to start with him. Council Member Peek.

Correct. Okay. And we will just make note when we return from closed session that roll call has already been taken. Okay. We are going to go into closed session to discuss the items listed on the agenda. I will ask the city attorney to now announce the closed session.

Thank you, Mr. Mayor. And prior to doing that, I'll just note that there's no one in the audience for public comment. on the closed session itself. But the closed session will be conference with legal counsel, anticipated litigation pursuant to government code section 54956.9 subdivision D4 in one potential case.

Okay, thank you. And as noted, there's nobody here for public comments. So we will now recess into closed session and we will return at our regularly scheduled time for open session at 6 p.m.
