The Ashland City Council approved the sale of 10 acres of land in the industrial park to Meptagon, an international manufacturing company, and approved a tax incentive for Simonson Construction Services for an expansion project. The council also addressed the replacement of a storm sewer line and the acceptance of an easement for a water distribution main.
