Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

The Arapahoe County Planning Commission recommended approval for the Residences at Platte Canyon General Development Plan with conditions for a geotechnical investigation and a neighborhood outreach meeting. The Commission also approved the Specific Development Plan with Zoning for 1338 Valencia Street and the Location and Extent application for Tallgrass Park, with the applicant for Tallgrass Park committing to installing sound-dampening curtains for the pickleball courts.
