Any opposed? Any abstentions? That passes for nothing. We do not have any public hearings or appearances, so we shall move on to action items.

1:27 – 1:520

Number 260303, request to renew the lease with Erv Van Camp to farm the undeveloped land at 110 And 210 West Ed Wood Drive, estimated to be approximately 21.14 acres at the rental rate of $76.58 per acre with a 5% annual escalators with no crop loss provision. Can I get a motion to get it on the table?

1:521

Move to approve. Second.

1:550

All right. We'll be chatting today. And what is your microphone number? Stephanie. Wonderful. Director two or District two? District two. Okay. Please go ahead. All right.

2:05 – 2:361

So this is a renewal of a farm lease that we've had for the past ten years. The main changes with the farm lease is just the increased price of the lease, which is just a continuation of the 5% escalating rent from previous leases. And then the other change is regarding the Exhibit A and Exhibit B. Exhibit A, there's an update to the area total area farmed. You'll see on the screen we've got a few little circles on there.

2:36 – 3:071

Those are manholes that are going to be completed in the next month. Utilities is that is being installed in that area right now. So our our engineering department just said to have a 10 foot buffer around those manholes. Those will be staked by our engineering team in early May so that the farmer will be able to clearly see where those manholes are to not damage them. But it just slightly slightly changes the total acreage, just because of that.

3:07 – 3:221

And then the other change was to exhibit b. It was just basically updating the, document that was in there. I think the original document is from, like, 2012 or something like that. So it's just updating that one. But other than that, do you have any questions for me?

3:22 – 3:490

Anyone have any questions? No. All right. Thank you. No questions, go ahead and vote. All those in favor signify by saying aye. Aye. Any opposed? Any abstentions? That passes four-zero. We have no information items, so we'll move on to number eight. Move to adjourn. Second. We have a move and a second. All those in favor signify Aye. By saying Any opposed? No abstentions? Four-zero. We are adjourned. Thank you.
