The Apopka Planning Commission approved a small-scale future land use amendment and a change of zoning for 606 South Hawthorne Avenue, converting it from mixed-use/commercial to industrial. The commission also approved the Andage North Major Development Plan, a 196-acre residential development with significant open space preservation.
