I'm Nick Loftridge, Principal Planner for the City of Apache Junction. Just as a matter of brief context, case P26-4PZ, the Banyan Apartments rezoning, is a proposed planned development of 6.7 net acres located at the southeast corner of Renwick and Virginia. As noted on the agenda item and within the report provided, the applicant has requested a continuance to a later public hearing date, that being for the Planning and Zoning Commission Tuesday, June 23, 2026. While this item was previously scheduled originally for the April 28th, Planning and Zoning Commission meeting and had then been continued to today. In that time, we've had further conversations with the applicant and they've requested further time in order to amend their submittal documents and to address the concerns that have been noted regarding the parking ratio, especially. But the applicant is here, but the full presentation public hearing is requested to be continued to Tuesday, June 23rd, 2026. Thank you. Thank you.
