All right. Discuss, consider approval of the minutes of the August 22, 2024 ad hoc Nolwood Restrictive Covenant Review Committee meeting.

I mean, yes, I obviously put the materials together. That was submitted by the applicant, five-foot-tall vinyl fence on the east side of their property. From under the zoning code, it's compliant, so there's no issues zoning-wise. Is this on the property line, or is the offset slightly on the property line? Yeah, so it doesn't have any zoning issues.

It looks like you've chosen some nice matching materials that fit well with the house and the landscape in the area. And a lot of it is in the wooded area as well, so I don't think that would draw too much attention.

Actually, I think it'll look really nice.

If you haven't taken the park survey, make sure you go and do that. It's on the city's website on the first page. Just scroll down. You'll see calendar events, but it's a comprehensive resident survey. So if you want to... comment on our park system. We'd love to get as many residents taken as possible. So, that's all I got, though.

And then, Brendan, I sent you an applicant for a, to be on the committee for this committee.
