Board of Supervisors - Regular Meeting

The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors approved a resolution to provide an affordable rental housing incentive for the Premier Circle Apartments, which will create 60 new affordable housing units. The Board also approved amendments to the county code regarding sign-on incentives for employees, increasing the cap to $25,000. Additionally, the Board approved a jurisdictional area amendment and a critical slopes waiver for the Iglesia del Dios Pentecostal Fuente de Salvación church, allowing for limited water and sewer service and disturbance of critical slopes. A rezoning request for 600 Rio Road West to develop up to 153 residential units was also approved.
