Development Agreement DVA-25-0001 (Ross Ranch Phase 1)
The applicant, JAS Land Fund 3 LLC, is requesting approval of a development agreement with the County of Yuba to extend the map expiration date of tentative subdivision tract map TSTM 20040052 for a term of 15 years, along with the termination of DA 2005-0001 and its requirements for Ross Ranch Phase 1.
Development Agreement DVA-25-0002 (Ross Ranch Phases 3, 4, and 5)
The applicants (Walton California LLC, Lendco LLC, Patrick Laughlin, trustee of the Patrick Laughlin Trust, Ranjit S. Khagura, trustee of the R&S Khagura Family Trust, and David W. Lanza, trustee of the David W. Lanza Trust) are requesting approval of a development agreement with the County of Yuba to extend the map expiration date of TSTM 2004-0052 for a term of 15 years for Ross Ranch Phases 3, 4, and 5.
