Planning Commission – Recommendation for a first reading of TA-26-01 – Proposed text amendment to Chapter 90, Article III, Division 9 of the Code of the Town of Woodstock pertaining to floodplain district regulations.
The proposed amendment amends and replaces existing regulations and contains provisions regarding the establishing of floodplain districts, permit requirements for development, and factors and conditions for variances. [Received unanimous favorable recommendation from Planning Commission]
