RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommends that the Planning Commission receive and approve the Planning Commission Meeting Minutes of June 5, 2025
SUBJECT: Development Agreement with Pacific Coast Producers - 1376 Lemen Avenue
RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommends that the Planning Commission hold a Public Hearing and Adopt Resolution No. PC25-08 (Attachment 1), recommending City Council adopt an Ordinance approving a Development Agreement by and between the City and Pacific Coast Producers.
SUBJECT: Zoning Code Amendments for Routine Improvements to Clarity and Usability
RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommends that the City Planning Commission: (1) hold a public hearing to receive testimony regarding a proposed Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Woodland amending various sections of Title 17 of the Woodland Municipal Code to update and clarify the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance to create efficiencies and improve usability and clarity throughout the code, (2) find that the adoption of the proposed ordinance is exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA"), and (3) adopt Planning Commission Resolution No. PC 25-09 recommending that the City Council adopt the proposed ordinance that is attached as Attachment 1.
