Staff recommends that the Planning Commission: (1) receive the staff report; (2) hold a public hearing; (3) adopt Planning Commission Resolution No. PC 25-06 in support of Tentative Parcel Map No. 5264 for the division of property located at the southeast corner of Highway 113 and County Road 25A (three existing parcels, APNs 041-020030, -031, and -042) into six (6) parcels consisting of approximately 5.70, $15.27,5.92,7.40,5.96$, and 22.18 acres and two (2) remainder parcels consisting of approximately 41.66 and 123.68 acres respectively, in the Woodland Research and Technology Park Specific Plan area, Research and Technology Park / Research Flex Overlay (RTP/RFO) and Highway Commercial (HC) zoning districts.
Ordinance Amending Woodland Municipal Code Sections 17.84.380 and 16.90 related to Two-Unit projects and Urban Lot Splits
Staff recommends that the Planning Commission: (1) hold a public hearing to receive testimony regarding a proposed ordinance amending City of Woodland Municipal Code sections 17.84.380 and 16.90 related to two-unit projects and urban lot splits, (2) find that the adoption of the proposed ordinance is statutorily exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act("CEQA") under Public Resources Code section 21080.17, and (3) adopt Planning Commission Resolution No. PC25-07 recommending that the City Council adopt the proposed ordinance that is attached as Attachment 2.
