City Council - Special Meeting

So, um then the first order on our regular agenda is executive session under Texas government code 551.071 consultation with council related to legal options pertaining to the pending aqua water rate change request application submitted to the city. Next item on the agenda, the discussion of possible action based on the executive session regarding consultation with the attorneys pursuant to Texas government code section 551.071 including but not limited to considering action to suspend the effective date of the rates by not more than 90 days from July 25th, 2025.

Yes, please. I move that the city council of Wood Creek, Texas, provide notice to Aqua to suspend the effective date for application for 90 days from July 25th to October 23rd.
