Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

Okay. Call this pre-agenda meeting to order. I'm going to do a roll call. Currently, Mayor Prom, are you here? I am. Council member Joiner, I know, is absent. He's in court. Council member Andrews here. Council member Laauo here. Council member Santa here. Santa Council Member Clinton Quintana here.

And the chair is here. So, let's roll it up. We have several proclamations uh tomorrow night. Uh, keep going there, Dylan. We have consent agenda. C1 is approval of the minutes, council's regular meetings. C2 is a resolution accepting the annual comprehensive financial report for the year ending 20 June 30th, 2025. This continued from our February 3rd meeting. C3 is a resolution authorizing an interlocal agreement between agreement with New Hover County for the operations of the forensic lab. [snorts] C4 is a resolution authorizing the city manager to apply for the North Carolina Forest Service urban and community forestry financial assistance program grant. C5 is a resolution awarding on call contracts for to five firms for professional landscaping architectural design and planning services. C6 is a resolution awarding a construction contract for the Front Street Bridge Rehabilitation Project to SAP for contracts in the amount of $2,449,650 and I will have to ask to be recused from this particular item. Um, ordinances 01A is an ordinance making supplemental appropriations in the amount of $140,300 to allow for reallocation of funding with American Rescue Plan Act projects. And then 01B is a resolution adding $140,300 in American Rescue Act plan funds to the Salvation Army roadway reimbursement contract. And then resolutions are 1A is a resolution authorizing amendment to an installment financing contract in the amount not to exceed $75 million to refinance and re to finance and refinance various city projects. And then R1B is a resolution requesting

local government commission approval the city of Wilmington storm water fee revenue refunding bonds and certain related matters. Uh, and I believe that's that's all. Is there anything that any council member would like to hear or talk about separately? Okay. Madame uh manager, we have no presentations this morning, Mr. Mayor. Okay. Uh, our attorney? No, sir.
