I'll call to order. Today's meeting, uh, Monday, March 17th, St. Patrick's Day, 2025, the meeting of the CDA. Uh, we've called to order. We have, uh, three items on the agenda. Uh, and general business. The first order is to approve the minutes from January 30th. So, move. Uh, the motion's been made by Dick Lincoln. Is there a second? Second. I'll give that to Mike. Any further discussion? Hearing none. All those in favor say I. I. I. And motion carries. Thank you. We'll then need to make a mot. Someone will need to make a motion and they just can say as as written on the agenda uh to go into close session. Can somebody make that motion? So move. Sure. That's good enough. Uh is there a second to go into close session? You want me to read it? No, you're good. Second. Thank you, Mike. Uh, all those in favor of going into close session, say I. I. I. Hands if you want to hands. We're all Well, yeah, there got two non-hand people. Uh, motion carries unanimously. We are now in close session people out there. Sorry, I know that there need a a motion to adjourn now. My nice catch on. All right. Yeah. Credit for your American government class. Um all right. We have given lengthy um instructions to staff to continue with this project. Um I'm before we close tonight, I just want to officially say uh heartfelt thank you to the many many people who are involved in this. Um, particularly a couple of guys on my left, Dick Lincoln and Mike Carrian, who have put in an awful lot of
time creating spreadsheets and working with uh all the parties that they need to work with. And two others of note though, Sam Sam Deman from the village board and Kelsey and Kelsey. Absolutely. She's she's the rock star. Any other uh uh Jamie, is she working on this at all? A little bit. Yep. Jamie and Anna both. Oh, thank you to all the team here.
