The subject properties total 32,210 sf which previously consisted of a vacant commercial building. The applicant seeks to use the rear portion for storage of contracting equipment and for dispatching.

The property is comprised of two adjacent lots that have been merged for purposes of zoning, one lot has a three-unit multifamily structure, and the other lot has a parking area that serves the multifamily use.
