appreciate you being here today. Boards and committees, uh, I saw the chamber of commerce.

0:11 – 1:130

Um, we have several ribbon cutings coming up, so thank you for bringing so much new business to town. Um, Marian Bank is this Thursday night. It's a after hours ribbon cutting, which is unique and should be fun. That's from 4:30 to around 6:00 p. and they'll have refreshments and drinks and um it'll be fun. Sunday morning 8 a.m. is TJ Maxx. So, I know y'all are all excited about that. Um I think we're excited because it's the first time we've cut a ribbon to open a door. So, I know it's an unusual time, but that was their parent. So, um we have a business lunch lunch and learn next week and a breakfast at the end of the month. And all of that you can find on our chamber calendar. So, um, if you have any events at any time you'd like for us to add and then I talk frequently with Andrew about that, but you can always let us know if we need to put something on there. So, thank you.

1:09 – 2:390

Thank you. We're uh we're proud of our chamber of commerce and the work they're doing here in the city of Wong Main Street and the town redevelopment authority. It takes all of us to make this work. But these ribbon cutings are are a lot of fun when you know that you're opening up uh these businesses that are going to be tax producers for you. Now, we get hit pretty hard with some of them that aren't tax producers, but they take up space. So, but yet we still have to provide those services to them because they are downtown. And uh we we have to be very careful with that how we utilize our space. So, but y'all are doing a great job and and we appreciate what y'all are doing and helping move Winchester forward. I don't think that's necessary, but we'll talk about that. Um, our agenda items for this evening under old business is permission to transition existing permit manager and Delta business license software to a secure cloud hosted platform. I thoroughly understand that. So, that's that's a good thing we're doing this. But uh Jim, you have any comment on this?

2:36 – 2:500

I I do not. Um the the only difference in pricing is the is the is the web hosting for it. There's there's nothing very very exciting about it.

2:46 – 4:440

Okay. Okay. But uh that will be under old business this evening. Then item two under old business permission to purchase a turf tank painting robot for an annual subscription of $8,500 for the first year and $7500 for years two and three provides the capability to paint Hornberg football stadium all grass soccer fields for youth league football all diamond fields and the football stadium. This is second time on the agenda. So we can take action on this this evening also. And then item three is to approve a hotel feasibility study at a cost not to exceed $8500. This also is the second time on the agenda. So we can move forward with that. Um, following that process under new business this evening, public hearing resolution 2026-4-6-1, a project development agreement for Dunham's Athleisure Corporation Incorporated. So, we'll be moving forward with that. And then item five, resolution 2026-4-6-1, resolution approving the project development agreement with Dunham's Athleisure Corporation. And then item six, approve the memorandum of understanding for synthetic turf maintenance equipment and services. Then item seven, permission to spray swarm ditches at a cost of $6,161. Item nine being permission to install a well system and water line at the sports complex arena at a cost of $7,13566. And the reason for the suspending of the rules is an upcoming event that we need to get this in before this event happens in two weeks. So the next one would be item 10. Item 11 is one to suspend the rules replace indoor coil HVAC system in the city library at a cost of $7,689. Uh, yes sir. Um, this will be our fifth annual W It Wildlife Parks Festival and we will be in the downtown area. It'll be from 9:00 am till 3 PM. Last year we had a very successful event. We brought in 7,500 people into the community and so we're expecting another very good event this year. So, we would just request permission from the city to host that event.
