supply and spillage does it go back into that retention p It does go. Everything goes. It's just a Who is this ement being required? Uh, we own the land though. It's We already had a storm water ement in place. And what this is is Tractor Supply lawyers has seen that even though that storm water eastment's in place, but if I'm wrong, this is just that dumping into our pond. So, they're wanting a spillage eastment. It's not anything that we have done. It's just kind of cleared it up. Put it on paper.

This is also the first time on the agenda will be carried over to the next meeting. Then item nine, permission for fire department to purchase two new fire vehicles at a cost of 127,366.32. And information that I gathered on this is keeping the mileage low enough to cycle these vehicles and keep turning them over that they're not worn out when we get rid of them. Correct. Now those are the items that we have on the agenda. Old business and new business. Okay. Uh boards and committees. Anyone here to report and committees? Anyone here? Call the meeting to order. 5:51 – 6:100

Okay. You received in your facts a copy of the minutes from the council meeting held on February the 2nd of 2026. Are there any corrections to those minutes? Seeing no corrections, we'll enterain a motion for approved. Have a motion. Do we have a second?

6:13 – 6:470

Got a motion. Got a second. All in favor, there say I. Anyone opposed? So those have been approved. Under old business this afternoon, permission for the police department to purchase five vehicles at a cost of $289,717.89. 89. Is that completed? Is that equipped? Everything in that video. Thank you.

6:50 – 7:200

We have a motion to move forward. I move we purchase these for the fire department. I mean, police department. Excuse me. Police department. Okay. We're going to take a motion. Do we have a second? Second. All in favor say I.

7:17 – 7:440

I. Anyone opposed? So that two has been granted. Item two, approve repairs for fire apparatus engine 101 and 102 to address diesel exhaust issues at a cost of $8,000. We'll entertain the motion follow. We have the motion. Have a second. Second.

7:42 – 8:060

Okay, we have a motion on the second. Any discussion on this? I see remember years ago when the fire station across the street we had exhaust issues with the building and now this is like the exhaust with the engines. Is there what's the difference?

8:03 – 8:590

Well, it's it's redundancy that cost a lot of money but probably doesn't accomplish much. That was the NFPA required us to capture the exhaust on the trucks and that's the system we bought 10 15 years ago. Now they require not only that but also a system on the truck that cleans up the exhaust before it ever emits it. Um and that creates a lot of expense and a lot of other issues with the engine. So, we're getting some relief to where we don't have to have all the extras. And so, that's what this is. It'll and and John a lot more familiar with this than me on the diesel engine, but it will increase the efficiency of the truck and the life of the engine. So, money well spent.

8:56 – 9:230

So, this is on the apparatus, not on the building. That's correct. It's on two apparatus. Anything else like in public works is decent that we have to be concerned with that.

9:23 – 9:470

Yeah. The main problem with the fire department is that diesel will go into what's called limp mode. Emergency vehicle. That's never a good thing. keeps it low miles hour. This will taking this that feature off so we won't ever have to deal with this like on

9:53 – 10:320

anyhow we got it and we have a motion and we have a second and we've had discussion. All in favor let it be known and say I. Okay. So that two has been approved. Item three removal from the witch municipal airport of the cost of $11,500. We will entertain a motion to move ahead with that. Second. All in favor that' be number seven say I. I.

10:29 – 11:030

Anyone opposed? So that two has been granted. Then new business approves with HSC we jump LLC in Rivertown soon and you know what this is about. So we can go ahead and move forward. Motion. I'd like to make that motion. Second. Motion second. Any discussion? All in favor say I. I.

11:00 – 11:550

Anyone opposed? So that two has been granted. Item five, approve change over auction number one and auction number three for pickle ball court expansion of a total price of 540,625 to be covered by the city of Wucka. This is the first time. So, we'll carry this one over to the next agenda. Item six, approve purchase of a marina drag at a cost of 9,400. This two is the first time. We'll carry that over to the next agenda. Item seven, permission to surplus and sell public works equipment at auction. And we can go ahead and do this without buying. So, we'll entertain the motion for permission to service.

11:560

Okay, we'll take that motion. Do we have a second? Second.

12:05 – 12:490

Have a motion. We have a second. Any discussion on this? All the table say I I don't oppose. That two has been granted. Item eight, permission to purchase 26 skid ski lower and brush brush brush cover at a cost of 133,595. That'll be carried over to the next agenda. Uh is that replacing something that we already have? Yes, just replacing one of the three. Okay. Now, will we be surfacing that piece of We are so it'll be in the next rotation.

12:47 – 13:300

Yes, sir. And that'll be a JM. Yes, it's going to it's going to auction. And then item nine, permission for the fire department to purchase two new fire vehicles at a cost of 127 36632. That's the first time on the agenda. carried over. I thought I heard Councilman Brown offend thought I heard it too. I heard something any any opportunity to suspend

13:41 – 14:170

Yes, sir. That's eight coach, four lights, four nine lights. So we can put lights on. Reason you had to break it down like that to change could not be only a certain amount. That's don't look like you understand. I understand. Just where is it? Okay. Motion to adjurnn. So blue. All right.
