Thank you. Our agenda items for this evening for the council meeting on the old business, approve the purchase of four headsets from fire truck 101. This is the second time on the agenda. Item two, approve the purchase of new firearms for the police department of state. Second time on the agenda of the new business resolution 2026-1-5-1 authorizing city attorney to execute all documents to complete and effectuate the settlement agreement and mutual release for civil action number 29- CV-2023 900286 that is pertaining to

that's the fire case. There were some changes in the settlement agreement. So I wanted to represent that because it changed the prior item three of the new business permission for diversified alarm company to permit and monitor the fire alarm system underneath the VIP room at the stadium for one time cost of $3,000 $45 monthly and an annual inspection of $350. Uh, any questions on that? Okay. Item five, permission to purchase one Kota RTD utility vehicle for the sports complex for installing and removing the temporary fencing system at the cost of $19,789. First time on the agenda. It'll be back next meeting. Item six, permission for a county extension office to host the farm city festival at the farmers market on October the 6, 2026. Okay.
