AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2, CONDITION 6, OF ORDINANCE NO. 1989-224 ENTITLED “AN ORDINANCE CONSIDERING AN APPLICATION FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FROM BRICE BLACKMAN, FOR PROFESSIONAL OFFICE USE ON A HISTORICAL SITE LOCATED AT 27519 DETROIT ROAD, WITHIN A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT IN THE CITY OF WESTLAKE.”
