Residents interested in serving should complete an online Volunteer Activity Form (VAF) on the Boards and Committees website at https://data.westfordma.gov/bc/newcaf.php. All VAFs that have been submitted within the past 2 years with interest in that Board/Committee will be forwarded by the Town Manager’s Office to the Committee Chair/Vice Chair and should be considered for any open positions. VAFs are stored on the Town database and can be sorted and distributed based on submission date.
