The Commission recently received a request to offer comments for potential design updates to the front façade of the existing historic structure with respect to the 2-story porch, and this may be discussed at an upcoming meeting of the Commission.
Planning Board
The proposal requires a lot line adjustment between 35 & 39 Town Farm Road (Fire Station). We anticipate receiving an Approval Not Required (ANR) Plan and application that may be scheduled for the March 16 Planning Board meeting. This is an administrative process and does not require a public hearing. If the minimum criteria are met, the Board is obligated to endorse the plan.
Zoning Board of Appeals
If the applicant proposes changes to what the Zoning Board of Appeals previously approved through their Comprehensive Permit, then the applicant may need to seek further approval from the Board for said changes.
