To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigation position of the public and the Chair so declares, Westfield Education Association Unit A (teachers), Westfield Education Association Unit B (assistant principals, supervisors), United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW), Local 1459 and not to reconvene in Open Session M.G.L. Chapter 30 §21(a)(3)
