Serve as Chair in the Chair’s absence / Help Chair with tasks
Secretary
Post upcoming meetings and agendas on the Committee calendar Provide agendas to Town Clerk for posting per Open Meeting Law Provide minutes to the Town Clerk for public access per Open Meeting Law Take and prepare meeting minutes for review. Collect copies of all documents and materials presented or discussed in meetings Present minutes for approval by the Committee Post all public meeting minutes and related documents/materials to the Committee web page in a timely manner.
