Hearing on application of Nathaniel Price and Suzanne Bastien for 1054 State Road Map 32 lot 93 to make major changes to the exterior of the structure replacing existing original windows with Andersen 400 series simulated divided lites, fibrex exterior, installation of solar panels on 3 elevations, replace existing gutters with aluminum gutters, construct a brick walkway, and a fence, all of which will be visible from the public way.
