Motion to enter into an agreement between Wayne County and Urban Partners for that firm to conduct an updated Wayne County Housing Study at a cost not to exceed $25,000.
This cost will be fully paid by funding from the Wayne County Community Foundation, the Wayne/Pike Realtors Association and the Wayne County Housing Authority.
