Conditional Rezoning CD-014304-2022 -Adelina
Petition Information: Petition CD-014304-2022 is a request by the applicant, Shea Homes Carolina, LLC for conditional zoning on five properties which combined are approximately 227.56 acres (tax parcel numbers 06162015, 06162016, 06162017, and a portion of 06159010 and 06162014) located north and east of the existing Carrington Square Shopping Center. The proposed development will contain up to 482 units with a mix of 96 cottage units, 231 townhomes, 155 single-family home units, and 21.49 acres of commercial area along Providence Rd.
Text Amendment TA-09-2023 Neighborhood Meeting Requirements
Petition Information: Petition TA-09-2023 is a request by the Town of Waxhaw Planning Department to amend Section 3.3.1 of the Town of Waxhaw Land Development Code (LDC) to update Neighborhood Meeting Requirements. Action Requested: A motion for a favorable recommendation of petition TA-09-2023 as presented including the reasonable and consistency statement as provided.
