It is the duty of every board member to avoid both conflicts of interest and appearances of conflicts. Consider Adoption of the Proposed Board of Adjustment Rules of Procedure
Information: As a recommendation from the Town Attorney, Staff will present a draft of the proposed Board of Adjustment's Rules of Procedure (ROP) for consideration and adoption. The document outlines the procedural practices of the BOA. Recommended Action: • MOTION to adopt the proposed Board of Adjustment's Rules of Procedure superseding all previously adopted versions and amendments, as presented.
