morning. Wow. Thank you for taking time out of your days to come join us on New Year's Eve. We are going to host our uh swearing in ceremony for our new mayor and our new city council members. We'll be mindful of the fact that the Hawkeyes do play at 11 o'clock this morning, too. So, we'll keep this thing moving along. Um, I would like to welcome Mayor Quinton Hart to do the oath of office for our new mayor and our new council members as your last act of mayor on one of your last days in office.
