All to order the City of Washington Redevelopment Commission meeting September 17th, 2026. I need a roll call on Mr. Secretary.

Thank you. Next item up for discussion is the approval of the minutes of the July 16, 2026 meeting.

I had to revise those since I sent them out because I had Mr. Hedrick here and not here. Okay. It was officially not here, so that's what the new minutes wrote.

No, there's not too many. The $87,600 is a payment for the lease on payment that we make twice a year. so I don't have those on there. I got the old one on there. It's $87,600. And then we had a payment of $950 to Old National for them being our... Towards the year. Yeah. And then... engineers, and big utility. Those are the professional fees that they provide the services for. That's it.

All in favor say aye. approve the claims as presented. The next item is the discussion and proposal of the 2027 TIF budget.

Okay. The next few pages you have are the normal ones that you get that show our expenditures and our revenues year to date for all four of the TIF areas. And then beyond that is the detail of that. Okay. After you get there, then there is... It starts out with the TIF Southeast. Okay, that is basically a cash flow beginning balance as of June 30th. The amount of revenue we anticipate to get the rest of the year. The remaining amount of the budget to be spent. The following year is estimated revenue. And then our budget for The southeast is 341-916. And behind that is an explanation of how we are going to spend that money, or what we have appropriated to spend.

This is the one that you have to submit to the state?

No, that's next time. Okay, okay. This is the one that I have to submit for all, the whole city, and that includes the TIF. Okay. The next one's for the TIF Southwest. And the budget estimate for that is $341,917. And an explanation of those. And then the I-69 corridor is $355,090 in the budget for this year. That's a little bit less because... a little bit more because of the did you make that extra payment for the to Davis County Economic Development for that once a year principal payment for out there on the east side.

Okay. That's for the infrastructure, isn't it?

And all three of these chips pay a third of the bond And then Cypress Point. Portable Cypress Point doesn't get much revenue this year so far. But what they do get, we have to put 75% of that onto the Rhine Rec. We have to pay that to Rhine Rec.

One more here, if that's what the council wants to do.

I enjoy doing this. It's kind of interesting. Interesting stuff.

Okay. The next meeting is scheduled for November 19th. Good. Does anybody have any other questions or input?

We've got it for November 19th, which would be the normal time, but We have to have a report submitted to, approved by you and submitted to the state by the 15th of November. So I would request that maybe you could move that up to either the, let's see, what do I have there? November the 12th, which would be the week before, or move it back into the October 22nd. Because I'm going to be gone the week of the 25th, so I won't be here that week.

Well, it's Thanksgiving anyway that week here, right?

The week after. I would like to see the 12th if we could. I mean, that would do pretty well. Does that work for Jeff?

They've been really playing hard on... hard on trying to get back here and they said they would come up with some dates and we said you know october's right around the corner and we need to make a move i haven't seen no activity for a month and so we're there v.s and uh endot's really on them pretty hard um so hopefully we'll see some progress here in the next uh two weeks and they're gonna fix that place in front of the produce patch

Well, they're in.

Yeah, they're starting that next week. They said a week, two weeks closure, but I'm hoping just a week because it's just a patch, and I hope they're not going in there and try to, because it's only going to be for two years, and then they're going to redo it. So they'll spend.

From the curve to the stoplight needs done. It's quite done.

That patch looks funnier than that concrete that's sitting there.

Well, we had a water leak there, and some of that concrete came in because of that water leak. I mean, they put that in there instead of this.

Are we holding payment on the highway 50 budget?

Yeah, they're holding payment, but they're charging them so much a day. They've been doing that for 40 days. Okay. Because they're basically four months over. Wow. Wow. They must have a big money job there. I assume $10. hold is it 10 but usually yeah they said they'll get some people down here and get some things done they've been saying that for a month it must not be very important to them no really yeah but you know the majority of it's done yeah there is a couple things that's very important and that'll make sure they get them done yeah because they're paying the bill okay nobody has anything else i guess we
