Resolution number 189 by Supervisors Hall, Campbell, Skelly, Roselle, Baker, Wang, titled to appoint Interim Superintendent of Public Works. Resolve that James Hogan is hereby appointed as the Interim Superintendent of Washington County Department of Public Works, effective August 6, 2026, and expiring upon the appointment of a permanent replacement. And be it further resolved that during THE PERIOD THAT JAMES HOGAN SERVES AS INTERIM SUPERINTENDENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, HE SHALL BE PAID THE CURRENT BASE RATE OF PAY FOR THE POSITION OF SUPERINTENDENT OF PUBLIC WORKS PURSUANT TO LOCAL LAW NUMBER TWO OF 2026.
