I'd ask Tim to do it, but John, I just got to add one sentence. If somebody wants to move it, I can say it.

You have to read the sentence in order to amend it.

I believe it's an addition.

Yes, actually. We're not removing anything with the amendment. We're adding a whereas. And the wording will be, if the project receives additional funding, the ESD funds may be repurposed. Just a little bit more information on what it's already explaining.

I think I would probably put that as the fourth whereas in between the overall, whereas the overall price of the project has doubled over the past couple of years and add the whereas if the project receives additional grant funding, the ASD funds may be repurposed. And then whereas in order to apply for the WIA grant, the district's project must be authorized by the board of supervisors. That would be where the placement is if the supervisor wants to make that amendment.

Vice chair, make that amendment. Move it. Move it.

Passing. A question? On the amendment, there's no criteria to that.

I have talked with the ESD, and I believe that will be something we can do, repurpose part of that $25 million. This resolution, the goal of this is for the WIA grant, which we would have to get that award, but we believe if we get that award, we can repurpose some of the other $25 million. Terrifying.

I like to. Talk about the money we got from the state. Is that we don't awful lot of? Thanks to Kerry Warner and Steve Aquario from my sack. Kerry Warner really led. The effort with the Department of Budget and the Governor's Office to get that money for us, as she said, was an awful long haul. But we do owe special credit to her and to Steve McQuarrie from NYSEC and, of course, the Budget Director who worked closely with us to get this done. So I just wanted to mention that because it's important to recognize the efforts put on by some of our elected officials and the organizations that represent us.
