Good evening. Call to order the Wrigler Quorum Court Finance and Budget Committee for May. Thank you all for coming. Welcome. We'll start with the par prayer and pledge and JP Washington is will provide that.

Thank you. Please bow your heads for a word of prayer if that is your custom and if not you can enjoy a moment of silence. Lord, we thank you for the opportunity to be here for this meeting tonight. We acknowledge that all wisdom, authority, and justice comes from you. Your word declares that out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks. So let our words tonight flow from hearts filled with wisdom, integrity, compassion, humility, and a sincere desire to serve the citizens of Washington County well. I thank you that every discussion or debate tonight is guided by integrity and respect. Thank you for removing pride, agendas, contention, and replacing them with humility and understanding. Lord, protect this atmosphere from confusion, hostility, and distraction. We pray for a productive dialogue, thoughtful solutions, and outcomes that will benefit the people of this county.
