live. It is 6 o'clock in the evening. I'd like to call this public hearing to order. Uh the purpose of this public hearing is to have a public discussion on proposed sidewalk commonly referred to as safe routes to school phase six. The purpose of project is to construct a five foot wide sidewalk from Brewer Street to Weatherwood. Upon completion of the project, it would create a 1.85 mile sidewalk loop for recreation, exercise, and convenience. As you can see on the map, it'll go down Wilson Loop from Brewer to Weatherwood. And as stated, once complete, excuse me, once complete, there'll be a 1.5 mile roughly uh track distance that uh people can use for convenience or exercise on a sidewalk.
And I open the floor up for any comments. Please sign in. We're live on YouTube. I'll ask you if
you have any comments on the phase six public hearing. Give it another minute or so. It is now 6:05 p.m. Having heard no public comment on this project, I consider this public hearing closed at this time. We will back online in approximately 25 minutes for our regular city council
