I correspondence and announcements with the public works report that all I have on that is the parking ban notices that go out every time we have bad weather and uh it's um just getting the trucks and cars and all the stuff, the garbage cans and everything off the road so the guys can get through and then um the emergency vehicles can get through. So, have we had to have anyone towed yet? We have not.
Okay. Uh New Year's Eve, we had a bunch of them on there and then we put it out and like a half hour later, everybody started moving. The finance report. The finance director's report is staffing transitions are expected to decrease the planned expenditures and several salary benefit line buying items. Reimbursement in the amount of 128,563 was successfully requested and received by the town for expenditure related to CIF grant community water studies. We continue to on track to continue to be on track as we head into the budget preparation season in the coming months. Town departments have received their budget packets and are working on preparing budget proposals. That's what we have from the finance director. The treasury report investments and interest earned December was 9,379 and fiscal 63,612. The interest rate was 310 3.10% with a APY of 3.18%. The 30-day yield was 3.87%. As the January tax revenue roll in, we may be purchasing more one and three month CDs instead of increasing our STI balance and balances account balances. So all business

Yeah. The board of select will please nominate me to Eastern Regional Tourism District's board of directors as the representative for the town of Balltown. I have been on the board for Eastern Regional Tourism District for 5 years and have served as their vice president, vice chair in the past. I currently currently serve on the legislative committee and the bylaws committee. My term currently expires in early February. The position can be appointed to serve up for three years. I would love to stay on the board to continue my to represent volunt if you choose to reappoint me. my contact information to be submitted to the tourism district. So, that something we need to talk about or can we just get a motion?

Uh, it's she's someone who's got experience um doing it and she has desire to continue doing it to represent the town. So, um Okay. So, can we get a motion? Yep.
