Approve a contract amendment with Mike Clark Trucking
Approve an amendment to the contract with Mike Clark Trucking to increase the annual not-to-exceed amount from $226,800 to $331,800 to haul biosolids from the Visalia Water Reclamation Facility and appropriate an additional $273,000 from the Wastewater Fund. 25-0631
Approve a contract amendment with Holloway Environmental Solutions
Approve an amendment to the contract with Holloway Environmental Solutions to increase the not-to-exceed amount from $144,000 to $312,000 to provide disposal services for the 2024 biosolids stockpile generated at the Visalia Water Reclamation Facility. 25-0632
Authorization to apply for the CHP Cannabis Tax Fund Grant
Authorize the Visalia Police Department to apply for the California Highway Patrol Cannabis Tax Fund Grant Program for up to $157,000 and submit the application by the February 23, 2026 deadline, if awarded, authorization to accept, and to appropriate the $157,000 from the General Fund. 25-0624
Contract for the transport of road materials
Authorize the City Manager to award an annual contract to Mike Clark Trucking Services for the transport of road materials. The contract shall not exceed $126,000 annually and is renewable each year for a potential total of (5) years. 25-0635
