City Council - Special Meeting

All right. Good evening, everyone. I'm going to go ahead and call to order a special meeting of Vallejo City Council at 6.30 p.m., and I'll ask our clerk to conduct the roll call, please.

I would note for the record, Council Members Letiju and Matias are currently absent.

All right, we are going to be heading into closed session right now, so we'll go ahead and open right now common period for. Those that want to address the Council on items on tonight's closed session agenda and I'm not seeing anyone in person and if we don't have anyone at this moment, I'll go ahead and ask her city attorney to read out our closed session items and then we'll check back and see if there's anyone that wants to comment online.

Thank you, Madam Mayor. The City Council will meet this evening in closed session with regard to the following items. Conference with legal counsel, anticipated litigation, significant exposure to litigation pursuant to government code section 54956.92, two cases.
