City Council - Special Meeting

All right. Good afternoon, everyone. We're going to go ahead and call to order our special meeting of the Leo City Council at 5:02 p.m. And I will ask our clerk to conduct roll call, please. Mayor, present. Mayor Sorus. Oh, present. Vice Mayor Mullellik, present. Council members Bendzer not here. Gordon present. Paul Maris present. I will note for the record, council members began, let you Matias are currently absent.

All right. Thank you. We have uh several close session items this evening. So what we'll do is we'll open up public comment in person and online for anyone wishing to address the council on our close session items. And while we let that timer roll, I'll ask our city attorney to announce our close session items.

Thank you, Madam Mayor. The city council will meet this evening in close session with regard to the following items. Item A, conference with legal council existing litigation pursuant to California government code section 54956.9D1. The case is Litzky versus the city of Balo Solano County Superior Court case as listed on the agenda. Item B, conference with legal counsel, anticipated litigation, initiation of litigation pursuant to government code section 549 56.9D4 one case. Item C, conference with legal council existing litigation pursuant to government code section 54956.9D1. Um, with regard to those additional litigation cases, they are listed on the agenda. I will read them quickly. They are contained within both C and D. Um, Jagger Vineyards LLC versus the city of Valo. Superior Court uh in the county of Napa case number is listed on the agenda. American Canyon versus the city of Valo. Um, Sacramento Superior Court case number as listed on the agenda. Valo versus American Canyon. Sacramento Superior Court case number as listed on the agenda. Um, Valo versus American Canyon number two, Sacramento County Superior Court case as listed on the agenda. Uh, Valo versus American Canyon case number three, Sacramento County Superior Court case as listed on the agenda, and Valo versus American Canyon, Marine County as listed on the agenda. And finally, item E, conference with labor negotiators, pursuant to government code section 54957.6, Six. The agency designated representatives, Stephanie Squentes, the human resources director. The employee organizations are the Valo Police Officers Association, the International

Association of Firefighters, Local 1186, Confidential Administrative Managerial Professional Association employees, and unrepresented employees. All right.
