City Council - Special Meeting

Oh, there we go. All right. Good afternoon slash evening. We'll go ahead and call to order the special meeting of Lao City Council at 50:01 p.m. And I'll ask our clerk to conduct the roll call.

All right. That's going to bring us to our our close session items. will open up public comment for anyone wishing to address the council on any of our closed session items this evening. Members of the council, the city council will meet in close session this evening with regard to the following items. Conference with legal counsel, anticipated litigation, significant exposure to litigation pursuant to government code section 54956.9D, one case. Item B, conference with real property negotiators pursuant to government code section 54956.8, the property 50 Solano, the agency negotiator, Gileian Hayne, assistant city manager or acting city manager at the moment. Um, negotiating parties, the city of Valo and Mark Tomco on behalf of the Valo Flood and Wastewater District under negotiation, price and terms of payment. Item C, conference with real property negotiators pursuant to government code section 54956.8. The property in question one, Harbor Way Valo. Uh the APN number as listed on the agenda, the agency negotiator, Gileian Hayne, uh acting city manager, the negotiating parties, the city of Valleo and Bobby Winston, Bay Crossings. Item D, conference with legal council anticipated litigation initiation of litigation pursuant to government code section 54956.9D41 case will not be heard this evening. And item E, conference with labor negotiators pursuant to government code section 54957.6, Six agency designated representatives.
