ADU Zoning Bylaw

Relative to Proposed Zoning By-Law Amendments Pursuant to M.G.L. c. 40A, § 5. Pursuant to G.L. c. 40A, § 5, the Tyngsborough Planning Board will hold a public hearing on April 2, 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Town Hall Community Room, 25 Bryant Lane, Tyngsborough, MA to amend the Tyngsborough Bylaws with the following proposed changes: 1. To replace Section 9.3 (Temporary Independent Living Quarters) in its entirety with new text entitled: Section 9.3 (Accessory Dwelling Units) 2. To review amendments and additions to Section 11 (Definitions for Accessory Dwelling Unit & Protected Use ADU).
