Citizens or business owners may address the Board of Health on matters of interest to the public for not more than three (3) minutes. unless there are more than six (6) speakers wishing to be heard in which case each speaker will be limited to two (2) minutes. Citizen/Business time shall not exceed 15 minutes total, unless the Board of Health, within its sole discretion, waives the limit to allow for more time.
