Gmc Utility Trust Authority - Regular Meeting

Discuss the process and procedure of evaluation, allocation and the value of assets by the City of Tuttle/TPWA and the City of Blanchard/BMIA for contribution to the GMC Utility Trust Authority and computation of creating an equitable balance of interest and ownership between the Beneficiaries of the GMC Utility Trust Authority and possibly take action to initiate a process to achieve that goal.

Consider the adoption of a Resolution to memorialize this balancing of interest and ownership.

Update and Discussion regarding potential water purchases by the GMC UTILITY TRUST AUTHORITY from the OKLAHOMA CITY WATER UTILITY TRUST AUTHORITY.

Possible Action based on this Discussion.

Discuss and possibly take action to establish written goals, management protocols and policies for the GMC Utility Trust Authority.

Consider the adoption of a Resolution to memorialize these goals, protocols and policies.

Update and Discussion regarding the mutual benefits that may be recognized between the GMC UTILITY TRUST AUTHORITY and the CHICKASAW NATION and the important role that each entity plays in providing water and economic development within the CHICKASAW NATION.

Report and Update on Status of Grant Funding by Sherri Snyder of Choosing Charity.

Discuss and possibly take action regarding available funding sources.

Discuss and possibly take action to move forward with the acquisition of title to real property to serve as the site of a water storage facility, including appropriating funds, and authorizing expenditures for expenses integral to the acquisition of said real property.

Discuss and possibly take action regarding entering into contract(s) with Glenn Sullivan and Associates to provide engineering reports, engineer and design the water storage facility and booster pump station for the GMC Trust Authority.

Discuss and possibly take action regarding renewing the contract with Sherri Snyder of Choosing Charity, LLC to secure grant funding.
