Conditional Use Permit No. 2025-19
Recommended Action: Approve Conditional Use Permit No. 2025-19, a request by Parminder Kaur to upgrade an existing ABC License from Type 20 (Off-Sale Beer and Wine) to a Type 21 (Off-Sale General) that allows the sale of beer, wine, and distilled spirits in conjunction with a proposed convenience store. The subject property is located at 1363 East Tulare Avenue. [J. Coelho]
Zone Amendment No. 765
Recommended Action: Adopt a resolution recommending that the City Council approve Zone Amendment No. 765 to apply the Mixed Use (MU) Overlay zone in order to facilitate the construction of a mixed-use development to be located on the south side of Corvina Avenue, west of Hillman Street (APN 166-250-093).
