I am Alan Perini. I am the President of CRD. You are used to seeing Kathi Holland in this room every year. This is our 10th year. Kathi was the President for 10 years. I met them in February. We started this relationship in 2014 from the initial discussions in the city. Two years later, it was cancelled due to the CET sponsorship. In our first batch, there were 17 people. 14 of them are still in the program. CRT is a non-profit organization that provides public security services to the city. It is responsible for the city manager, but TBD and I, TPD, have a good relationship. There are already 212 CRT units. Therefore, 87 volunteers now have FCC Harm Radio License and 67 people have a license called GMRS. We believe that radio is the essence of CRT. After starting in 2016, we completed 21 batches. In fact, we got the cheque today. We get thousands of dollars as a grant from the state, federal government and women. FEMA is now in some trouble. But we know that the current situation of FEMA is not that safe. Our Forest Emergency Preparedness is coming up. This was very useful. These small radios may be familiar to you, but you may not have realized that our CERT program can be used by teams using FRS radios to operate as community safety monitors. The program that was only tested in Lake Oswego is now in the early stages of construction. We call it MCU. This is almost complete. It is now being used in normal operations. As you can imagine, this was built by a private operator. We did this in a very small number of cities with budget for professional facilities. This is a wonderful application. I explained the basic things. Let's see. The next slide is Devai. If you are interested in our 7-night sessions, which are 3 hours long, it will start on September 15th here in this room. I started CERT at the place called Kavaya. You can imagine that there was a lot of attention to the fires there. One slide, then another. The CERT program is focused on natural disasters that can happen in any community. So, naturally, we at Tuvalat pay more attention to the Earth. However, it is necessary to have the skills and expertise acquired from experiments for the actual CERT activities, but I say that it will be beyond the ordinary level of the experiment. Therefore, Tuvaletin CER-IT is ready to deal with environmental issues related to pollution, smoke, fire, excessive heat, polluted public health facilities, and water pollution. As you know, the features of this product are a wide variety. It can stop medical, internet, and mobile services, prevent water pollution on roads, and reduce waste. CER-IT is ready to respond to any kind of environmental issues. When we look at Bhaavi, we all know that it will take a lot of time for the entire volunteer force to respond to a large-scale incident. We all know that there will be difficulties in planning and mobilization. It is very unlikely that it will happen. But for that reason, we have already sent volunteers to many places throughout the city. We know that there will be problems in the small fields. For this reason, we have created an ancient response system that is capable of operating within 2 or 3 hours in a small underground facility. They can be deployed very quickly. We expect this to be able to operate by the end of this year or in 2027. This leads me to one of our programs. Shall I show you the next slide? Next. One more. This is one of our main programs from 2026 to 2027. We call this program, Toilet-in-Neighborhood-Ready. This is the answer to the question of what can be done to help the poor. Therefore, our residents will have to do things on their own until the agencies from outside reach the victim. According to the cardinal of the victim, this will last up to two weeks. Therefore, Tuvalet in Neighbourhood Ready is trying to encourage people to make their own decisions and to help the victims. That is our goal. We are testing how to prepare and protect businesses and people for this. I joined this organization about a year ago. I participated in about a dozen activities. When I spoke to the residents, I was surprised that many people did not even know how to turn off the gas meter. That's why we hold seminars for business people and residents. We teach them how to prepare water supplies, family plans, and essential parts. We teach them how to handle things after bad times. For example, how to turn off utilities and how to do it. Finally, how to get acquainted with the Ayyalvasis, how to help you to survive physically and mentally after a bad relationship with them. This is our message to the residents throughout this process. Through relaxation and preparation, you can improve your ability to survive the bad. We give them the information and details of how to do it themselves.

Next slide. The last slide is a summary of the things we did in 2025, 2026, 2027 and 2027. We are starting a general education promotion process. You may not have noticed the shirts we are wearing. I approached the city of CWS Service Area to write a report on IGA, including all the cities. We have seven departments that count as co-directors. One of them is us. The aim was to develop an IGA that would include all the things I mentioned in a consistent language to all the co-directors and all the co-directors.
