Resolution 72 was considered moments ago in the special finance committee. It is a resolution of the Troy city council scheduling public hearings on proposed local law number four, 2026, amending the city charter by repealing and replacing part three, article eight section C 40. Introduced by council president Steele, the hearings will be held on July 23rd at 515 and 530 and on August 6th at 630. Discussion? No. How about a motion to introduce motion made by council member Spain McLaren seconded by council member Struber. Now we can discuss the resolution.

Council President council member mclaren we have discussed, but I am glad that we decided to have the meetings on two separate nights so hopefully folks who can't make the first date would be able to make the second.
