On the request of Jamey Henson, owner's representative, on behalf of Joseph H. Berra, owner, for a variance from Section 405.405.430.B.4. of the Zoning regulations regarding minimum side yard setback requirements. The variance is necessary in order to construct a new home, as shown on the submitted plans, on the property located at 913 Terra Bella Drive in the Suburban Estate (SE) Zoning District.
