County Council - Regular Meeting

That'll wake you up. Hello everyone. Welcome. Thank you for coming to uh council meeting. It is April 28th, 2026. It is 1212. We are located at the county building on the third floor in the council chambers. Uh we will have start with the pledge of allegiance which will be led by Councilman Ty Hoffman. Hi Jog to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands. One nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. As far as roll call, we have our councilman uh Councilman Hoffman, Councilman Thomas, Councilman Stroberg, Councilman Hamner, and Councilman Wardle. As far as uh managers office, we have our assistant county manager, Britney Lopez, and Nikki from the clerk's office. Thank you, and thank each one of you for being here. The chair recognize Councilman Ward first.

Uh Mr. Chairman, I make a motion that we adjourn this m that we adjourn I've got to recess this meeting to go into a close session. Moving item number six to the point and then we will come back out. Okay. Hearing a motion from Councilman Wardle to go immediately into close session above uh any action items. Is there a second? I I need to clarify to go into a close session to discuss potential litigation. That's correct. Is there a second?
