Authorize ProAct I.T. Solutions to begin work on the I.T. projects funded by the SLCGP grant.

Authorize a 3.4% increase to the garbage rates as reflected by the GFL Environmental increase beginning October 1, 2026, as allowed per the contract that any rate increase may not exceed the trailing 12-month change in the CPI-U (All Items, unadjusted), as published by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.

Authorize the FY25 Capital Budget line item of Public Works Facility to fund the Public Works security gate in the amount of $6,600.

(Of the $750,000 budgeted line item, the $6,600 gate cost combined with prior expenditure brings total spending to $730,404, leaving a remaining balance of $19,596.)

Approve the SBR 1 tank cleanout and diffuser replacement, not to exceed $68,000, by RemCom, funded from the FY26 Capital Budget using previously approved bar screen funds.

Authorize the mayor to sign the Georgia Recreation and Park Association (GRPA) Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the receipt of the Boost 2.0 grant, in the amount of $10,000, for the Recreation Department.

Adopt the updated termination policy in the Personnel Manual.

Provide an update on Temple's Founders Day celebration on September 26, 2025.
