APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Recommendation: The Planning Commission is requested to review and approve the minutes of October 28, 2025.
PUBLIC HEARING•Item A
PL 25-5243: A request for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a yoga and Pilates studio within an existing commercial tenant space.
The proposed hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The tenant space is approximately 1,145 square feet. Project Planner: Andrew Coyne Address: 9627 ½ Las Tunas Drive Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 26-2651 finding that the project is exempt from CEQA and approving PL 25-5243 subject to the recommended conditions of approval.
